arE you Gay

A friend's obsession on an Arabic looking guy (I still cant't figure out his genetic compilation, so, for now, ARAB!) at school has led us to ponder over Arabic food.

Anyways *coughs*, since we-are-in the topic of 'Arab', have you heard of the "hummus"?
Basically "hummus" is a paste, made from cooked chickpeas blended with sesame paste, lime juice, olive oil, along with a dash of salt and garlic.
Sounds interesting?

If you are not used to eating blended chickpeas then the first journey this paste makes through your palate would be indeed, a very baffling one. So, do give time for your brain to communicate with your tongue sensors and regsiter.

The "hummus" is normally served along with their Arabic flat bread. They compliment each other.

You can choose to have your "hummus" just by itself, with toppings of minced beef or sliced roasted chicken. A very good source of protein and an ideal gym food! Not bad!
Next...bring out the "couscous"!
END!
